  Report A Crime
  
  Through the TPD Online Reporting System, you can report non-violent crimes such as damaged property, lost property, theft, forgery, identity theft or theft from a vehicle and should only be reported if the crime is not an emergency, is not traffic related, occurred within Thornton city limits, there are no known suspects, is not a violent crime and no physical evidence was left by the suspect.
  
  Call Non-Emergency
  
  Call the non-emergency number when police, fire, and animal control services are needed, but there is no urgency or emergency in the situation. Fitting circumstances could be non-violent crimes, deceased animals in the road, or vandalism with no suspect information.

School Supply Giveaway @ Community Connections

Saturday, August 13th 10 AM - 1 PM (or while supply lasts)

Bring your kiddos to this one-day event where we will be handing out backpacks and other school supplies to kiddos in need. Take what you need. Child must be present and live in Thornton to receive supplies.

Please bring proof of address, which can include: driver's license or other government-issued ID, utility bill or phone bill, car registration, voter registration card, statement form a major creditor, or recent Adams County tax notice—if you're having trouble producing your proof of address, give us a call by August 11th at 2 PM. We want all Thornton residents to be able to receive supplies without barriers.

While supplies last—come early! All supplies have been donated by the Thornton community.
