Vendor Information

This page contains applications to our many different Festivals and Special Events. Please select the application you wish to submit and be sure to fill it out completely (incomplete applications or applications without accompanying payment will not be accepted). Print your completed application and mail with payment to the address indicated on the application.  If you have any questions or would like to be added to our festival email list for upcoming events, please send an email to marketplacecoordinator@ThorntonCO.gov.




 

​ 2023 WinterFest - December 8-10  |  This event is full.

The WinterFest marketplace is intended for the purpose of holiday shopping.  Applications are due by Nov. 6th.  All holiday marketplace vendor applications will go through a screening process and all vendors will be notified by email on Nov. 10th if they have been accepted or not.  Application will NOT be accepted without photos and a description of products to be sold.  We are looking for products that make great last minute holiday gifts.  These items can be hand made or commercially produced and/or packaged.  Products need to be available for shoppers to take with them the day of the event.  Applications and photos must be mailed to: marketplacecoordinator@ThorntonCO.gov.
