It’s time to ‘Paws for a Dip’
Thornton’s City Pool ‘goes to the dogs’ on Saturday, August 20

THORNTON, CO…The ‘dog days of summer’ are coming to a close, and that means it’s time to Paws for a Dip! On Saturday, August 20, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Thornton’s City Pool, 2141 E. 95th Ave., will be officially closed to humans, and open to dogs and their owners.

Paws for a Dip allows friendly dogs to get in the water and swim to their heart’s content. The fee is $5 per dog and one adult human companion, with $1 for each additional human. Children ages 12 and under are free. Proof of current pet vaccinations is required upon entry. No human swimming or unsupervised children allowed.
