What is the RRAP Discount?
For those families who qualify, they will purchase a RRAP photo ID card for all family members over the age of six. Showing that card will entitle them to a 50% discount on all recreation programs and facilities.
Program Discount
Each time you register you or your child for any City-sponsored recreation program, you must show the applicable RRAP photo ID cards and then the registration fee will reflect a 50% discount on the resident program fee. This includes some senior center programs.
Facility Discount
There are four facilities that will honor this RRAP Discount:
- Carpenter Recreation Center, located 11151 Colorado Boulevard
- Park Village Pool, located at 4051 Summit Grove Parkway
- City Pool, located at 2141 E. 95th Avenue
- Trail Winds Recreation Center, located 13495 Holly Street
Each family member must show their RRAP ID each time they visit the facility in order to receive the 50% discount off the appropriate daily admission fee. A qualifying parent must present their current RRAP photo ID card when accompanying any family members who are five years and younger. Again, all will be charged 50% off the appropriate daily admission fee.
This discount applies only to the daily drop in rates at the Carpenter Recreation Center, Trail Winds Recreation Center, City Pool and Park Village Pool, and does not include discounted purchase of an annual pass, six month pass, punch cards, or child care.
