Chocolate Making with Sima (Ages 18+)

Join Sima and learn the history and process of making chocolate while discovering tricks for smoothing, texturing, and shaping chocolate.  No matter what your ability level, I will challenge you to discover your own
personal, artistic style. At this workshop, you will learn techniques
to make delicious pralines, truffles, and ganache. You will learn to temper
chocolate and get creative with the “leftovers”. You will roll and dip your
own truffles. Each guest will take home a box of yummy chocolate they
made and the knowledge to make it themselves at home. Two sweet
hours of fun!
