Frances Anza

Frances has 25 years of experience as a personal trainer and is a former NPC bodybuilder and figure competitor. As a holistic trainer, she focuses on physical, mental, and emotional health. Frances helps you achieve your wellness goals by becoming a healthier, more energized, and fitter version of yourself. She uses a variety of training methods with a fun and friendly approach.
Amanda Baker

Amanda specializes in assisted stretching, personal training, and corrective movement. She helps clients

Stacy is a former collegiate track and field athlete who has a passion for coaching. Jessica has worked in the health and fitness industry since 2009 and has owned her own training business, working in various gyms. With experience in weight training, fat loss, pregnancy fitness, cardiovascular health, functional training, sports performance, and children’s fitness, Jessica creates personalized programs tailored to each client’s goals and abilities.

Brad’s passion for fitness began in 2020 after a lifelong struggle with obesity. Through lifestyle changes, nutrition, and medical intervention, he lost 200 lbs. and improved his health. Known for her motivating and flexible approach, Debbie creates fun, engaging sessions tailored to each client’s needs.

Sherry left a 16-year career in orthodontics to pursue her passion for fitness and health. Sherry has an enthusiasm for running and has completed a marathon in all 50 states, recently celebrating her seventy-fifth marathon. She also enjoys hiking, biking and weight training. Her goal, as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, is to help clients achieve their goals of weight loss, muscle toning and definition, cardio, strength, balance, and most of all, a healthier lifestyle.

Laura Brieser-Smith has been a Registered Dietitian (RD) for over 20 years. Laura received a BS in Dietetics from the University of Illinois, a Masters of Public Health (MPH) in Community Health Education from the University of Northern Colorado and an Associate of Science (AS) in Sports and Fitness Technology from Denver Technical College. She is the owner of Healthy Designs, LLC and is an adjunct faculty member of both Johnson & Wales University and Front Range Community College.
