Diversity and inclusion: The Infrastructure Department is committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and equitable culture. We serve an increasingly varied customer base with different and complex needs, and this requires a culture where all people are seen, understood, and have an equal opportunity to fulfill their potential. We aim to build an accepting and balanced team as we plan the department's future.

Infrastructure's culture: Be bold and ask questions, not only so you can learn more about the city and the Infrastructure Department but also because it's helpful for us to get a fresh perspective and question why we do certain things. You should never hear the response because that's the way "it's always been done."

Our purpose: we believe everything we do improves our citizens' lives.
