Gourmet Ghost Charcuterie (Ages 18+)

You will spend 90 minutes learning how to create a Charcuterie
Board that is holiday themed. Learn how to fold meats, create roses,
make lovely cheese creations, strawberry roses, tomato, and cucumber
flowers all on a solid wooden board while sipping specialty drinks and
enjoying delicious snacks. The pace is slow, a time to relax and visit with
friends while all the meat and cheeses are provided for you to create a
masterpiece. The instructor is both knowledgeable and fun so you can
enjoy the learning experience. At the same time, you will have a great
time-sharing ideas with others and then be able to take your creation
home to your family or friends!
