This is a Tai Chi Based class!

This is a year-long program including 14 total classes. Beginning with a four-session kick-off program instructed by Jan Jahner scheduled for Feb 3, 5, 10, 12. This kick-off will be followed by classes scheduled on the 1st Weds of the month for March - Dec 2025 to better fresh and retain your skills all year long.
