COLORADO DISC DOGS
Saturday: 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m.  |  1-4 p.m.

Carpenter Park Fields
The Colorado Disc Dogs are a Frisbee dog club based in the Rocky Mountains. They run competitions, put on shows, provide training for people interested in training their dog to play Frisbee and generally
have a good time.
THORNTON DANCE PERFORMANCES
8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Harley Brown Amphitheater
Thornton Dance teams and recreational dance classes will be performing at the amphitheater for the Spring Performance Showcases.


LOW-COST PET VACCINATIONS
9 a.m.-12 p.m.  |  1-4 p.m.
Active Adult Center, 11181 Colorado Blvd.
Thornton Animal Control and Huron Animal Hospital will hold a
low-cost drive-thru pet vaccination clinic. Both dogs and cats are welcome. Please have them on a leash or in a carrier.
RESERVATIONS REQUIRED.
Distemper Combo  |  $10 (over 8 weeks of age)
Rabies Vaccination  |  $10 (over 4 months of age)
Dogs under 10 lbs. may only receive one vaccination.

CELTIC GAMES
Demonstrations: 10 a.m.  |  12 p.m.  |  2 p.m.

Join us as members of the Rocky Mountain Scottish Athletes conduct demonstrations of traditional Highland Games events. Be prepared
to be amazed by events such as the caber toss, tug-o-war, hammer
throw and shot put. Each demonstration will conclude with an
interactive piece so that you can test your own strength.



MILE HI CRUISERS CAR SHOW
10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Carpenter Park Fields
The Mile Hi Cruisers Car Show will host a huge display of classic and custom cars for the public to enjoy. All special-interest cars are invited
to take part. Check-in for participants will be held from 8-10 a.m.

SKATE PARK COMPETITION
11 a.m.-5 p.m.
Carpenter Park Skate Park
Bikes, scooters and skateboards! Three skill levels in each division. Registration opens at 10:30 a.m. and is FREE for this inaugural event! Helmets are required. If the participant is under 18, the waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian. Click here for more information.


EXHIBITION SOCCER GAMES
9 a.m.  |  11 a.m.  |  1 p.m.  |  3 p.m.
Carpenter Park Fields
Pick a team and cheer them on as eight teams from the local
LaLiga Soccer Organization play 60-minute exhibition soccer
games throughout the day.

MOVIE IN THE PARK
Movie will begin at dusk.

enjoy a family friendly movie and a beautiful evening with your
friends from Thornton Parks, Recreation & Community Programs!
