The City of Thornton is considering an administrative decision regarding construction of a two-story 2,236 square-foot addition, Woodglen F2 B8 L16.
The subject property is located at 11461 Jackson Street.
A Development Plan application was submitted to the City by Renew Remodels on behalf of the property owner of real property located at 11461 Jackson Street, on October 13, 2025. City Staff has reviewed the proposal and has found that it meets the requirements of Chapter 18 of the Thornton City Code (Development Code) Municipal Code. The addition meets development standards for the Single-Family Detached – Legacy (SFD-L) zone district and design standards for building additions and accessory structures. This approval will be final on March 2, 2026.
