The City of Thornton is considering an administrative decision regarding a Development Plan for A new restaurant that will be moving into an existing restaurant space and will update exterior finishes to match the restaurant’s new image and branding.
The subject property is located at 10180 Grant St, generally located southeast corner of East 102nd and Grant St.
A Development Plan application was submitted to the City by Ramiro Diaz, on January 29th, 2026. City Staff has reviewed the proposal and has found that it meets the requirements of Chapter 18 of the Thornton City Code (Development Code).
The decision is anticipated to be final on or after March 09, 2026.
