The City of Thornton is considering a decision regarding the construction of a 1,280 square-foot detached garage (Huron Green B3 L10).

The subject property is located at 9487 Jason Way, Thornton, Colorado 80260.

A Development Plan application was submitted to the City by Grayson Gibson, the homeowner of the property located at 9487 Jason Way. City Staff has reviewed the proposal and has found that it meets the requirements of Chapter 18 of the City of Thornton Municipal Code. The proposed development meets the standards for an accessory building in the Single-Family Detached – Legacy zone district. Further, the detached garage meets all applicable height, setbacks, and architectural standards of the Code. This approval will be final on March 20, 2026.
