NO PUBLIC HEARING IS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ITEM
The City of Thornton is considering an administrative decision regarding a Development Plan for a new auto repair shop that is looking to add a new garage door addition to the west facing façade (alley facing).
The subject property is located at 10105 Washington St., generally located at the southwest corner of East 102nd and Washington St.
A Development Plan application was submitted to the City by Doug Means, on March 17th, 2026. City Staff has reviewed the proposal and has found that it meets the requirements of Chapter 18 of the Thornton City Code (Development Code).
The decision is anticipated to be final on or after April 13, 2026.
