Public notice is hereby provided that the property and inventory of 5^th Avenue Pets Inc. (dba Pet Ranch) 3833 E 120^th Ave, Thornton, CO 80233) will be sold at public auction, completed online by the below named agent of the City of Thornton Finance Department Sales and Use Tax Division.

Under authority of Chapter 26, Taxation, of the Thornton City Code & the Sales and Use Tax Distraint Warrant served April 1, 2026, personal property and inventory held by 5^th Avenue Pets (dba Pet Ranch) shall be sold at public auction for recovery of taxes and related costs owed to the City of Thornton.

Property held for inventory (pet food, toys, clothing, etc.), as well as shelving and equipment of Pet Ranch will be auctioned online only by Roller Auction beginning April 29, 2026, and ending May 5, 2026, subject to change only with additional public notice.
