NO PUBLIC HEARING IS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ITEM
The City of Thornton is considering an administrative decision regarding a Preliminary Plan for three planning areas intended for high-density residential development and supporting commercial.
The subject property is generally located on the southwest corner of East 152nd Avenue and Holly Street.
A Preliminary Plan application was submitted to the City by Integra Land Company on December 15, 2025. City Staff has reviewed the proposal and has found that it meets the requirements of Chapter 18 of the Thornton City Code (Development Code).
The decision is anticipated to be final on or after July 27, 2026.
