The City of Thornton is considering an administrative decision regarding a Preliminary Plan to develop an approximately 139-acre residential community with a density of up to 6 dwelling units per acre.
The subject property is generally located on the southwest corner of East 168th Avenue and Holly Street.
A Preliminary Plan application was submitted to the City by Westside Investment Partners on September 1, 2025. City Staff has reviewed the proposal and has found that it meets the requirements of Chapter 18 of the Thornton City Code (Development Code).
The decision is anticipated to be final on or after July 29, 2026.
