NO PUBLIC HEARING IS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ITEM
The City of Thornton is considering an administrative decision regarding a Preliminary Plan for proposed development for mid- and high-density residential and commercial uses.
The subject property is generally located at the northeast corner of East 112th Avenue and York Street.
A Preliminary Plan application was submitted to the City by Hillpointe, LLC on July 18, 2025. City Staff has reviewed the proposal and has found that it meets the requirements of Chapter 18 of the Thornton City Code (Development Code).
The decision is anticipated to be final on or after August 5, 2026.
