The City of Thornton is considering a decision regarding the construction of a small 339 square-foot addition to the second story front elevation of an existing single-family residential structure.
The subject property is located at 6118 East 141st Drive, Thornton, CO 80123.
A Development Plan application was submitted to the City by Sean Hermann, the contractor hired by the homeowner of the property located at 6118 East 141st Drive City Staff has reviewed the proposal and has found that it meets the requirements of Chapter 18 of the City of Thornton Municipal Code. The proposed development meets the standards for an accessory building in the Planned Development -Legacy zone district. Further, the second story addition meets all applicable height, setbacks, and architectural standards found on the Planned Development Standards. This approval will be final on August 16, 2026.
