NO PUBLIC HEARING IS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ITEM
The City of Thornton is considering an administrative decision regarding a Development Plan for a 13,000 square-foot medical building.
The subject property is located at 16624 Washington Street, generally located south of the intersection of Washington Street and Highway 7.
A Development Plan application was submitted to the City by Martin/Martin Wyoming, on March 30, 2026. City Staff has reviewed the proposal and has found that it meets the requirements of Chapter 18 of the Thornton City Code (Development Code).
The decision is anticipated to be final on or after August 27, 2026.
