NO PUBLIC HEARING IS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ITEM
The City of Thornton is considering an administrative decision regarding a Preliminary Plan for a proposed Texas Roadhouse restaurant within the Larkridge commercial development.
The subject property is located at 16589 Washington Street, generally located southwest of the Intersection of Highway 7 and Washington Street.
A Preliminary Plan application was submitted to the City by Proof Civil on December 23, 2025. City Staff has reviewed the proposal and has found that it meets the requirements of Chapter 18 of the Thornton City Code (Development Code).
The decision is anticipated to be final on or after September 3, 2026.
