NO PUBLIC HEARING IS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ITEM
The City of Thornton is considering an administrative decision regarding a Development Plan for a new two story 25,501 square foot medical office building.
The subject property is located at 16701 Washington Street, generally located on the southwest corner of Highway 7 and Washington Street.
A Development Plan application was submitted to the City by Portercare Adventist Health System on February 5, 2026. City Staff has reviewed the proposal and has found that it meets the requirements of Chapter 18 of the Thornton City Code (Development Code).
The decision is anticipated to be final on or after September 6, 2026.
