The City of Thornton is considering a decision regarding the construction of a ground up, two story residential addition measuring to be 1,035 square feet.
The subject property is located at 2484 Hoyt Dr, Thornton, Colorado 80229
A Development Plan application was submitted to the City by Marcos Martinez on behalf of the homeowner of the property located at 2484 Hoyt Dr. Mr. Martinez is the contractor hired by the homeowner to complete this project. City Staff has reviewed the proposal and has found that it meets the requirements of Chapter 18 of the City of Thornton Municipal Code. The proposed development meets the standards for a residential addition in the Planned Development-Legacy (PD-L) district. Further, the residential addition meets all applicable height, setbacks, and architectural standards of the Code and the PD standards for that site. This approval will be final on October 10, 2026.
