The City of Thornton is considering a decision regarding the Development Plan for a building-mounted AT&T wireless telecommunications facility to an existing office building.
The subject property is located at 2090 E 104th Ave, Thornton, Colorado 80233.
A Development Plan application was submitted to the City by Audra L. Kirk on behalf of the property owner located at 2090 E 104th Ave. Mrs. Kirk is the Real Estate Specialist hired by the property owner to complete this project. City Staff has reviewed the proposal and has found that it meets the requirements of Chapter 18 of the City of Thornton Municipal Code. The proposed development meets the standards for a building-mounted wireless telecommunications facility in the General Commercial (GC) District. Further, the commercial addition meets all applicable height, setbacks, and architectural standards of the Code for the site. This approval will be final on October 11, 2026.
