Stepping On Class (Ages 60+)

Falls are not a normal part of aging – and they CAN be prevented. Stepping On is an evidence-based fall prevention program designed for older adults who want to stay independent, confident, and active. This interactive class covers balance and strength exercises, home safety, vision, footwear, medications, and practical strategies to reduce fall risk. Participants will gain tools, confidence, and support in a welcoming group setting.
