NOTICE OF UPCOMING DEVELOPMENT PLAN ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION

The City of Thornton is considering an administrative decision regarding a Development Plan for an approximately 2,400 square-foot Chipotle restaurant with a drive-through within the Quebec Highlands Filing 1, Amendment 6 Subdivision.
The subject property is located at 7621 East 136th Ave, generally located near the northeast corner of 136th and Quebec Street.
A Development Plan application was submitted to the City by Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting on April 10, 2026. City Staff has reviewed the proposal and has found that it meets the requirements of Chapter 18 of the Thornton City Code (Development Code).
In addition to the Development Plan, the site has a Special Use Permit application for a drive-through facility. A public hearing for the Special Use Permit application will be held at Plan Commission on November 17, 2026.
The decision is anticipated to be final on or after November 17, 2026.
