Release of Liability Waiver:
A one-time RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER must be on file for each individual participating in one of our programs. (please allow up to 48 hours for the waiver to be processed)
Thornton includes people of all abilities in our recreation programs. We strive to not only meet the requirements of the ADA but to create a welcoming and supportive community. If you see a program we offer that you would like to participate in but require accommodation, please fill out the
INCLUSION REQUEST or contact our AIR Coordinator, Becky Post, CTRS at 720-977-5702 or
Request an Account:
If you wish to register online, you must have an account set up or you can
REQUEST AN ACCOUNT. Once your account is set up you will be issued a user name and password (please allow up to 48 hours).
If you are not satisfied with the activities and programs offered, we can issue a household credit, transfer you to a different activity or issue a refund. There will be a cancellation fee of $5 or 10% whichever is greater assessed on each cancelled class. (Please note: The cancellation policy of some Adult and 62+ programs, all CARA and sport programs, any contractual class and our Preschool program may differ.)
Credit Card refunds are issued back to the card that was used for the original purchase and are processed as soon as the refund is authorized. Refund checks take approximately two weeks to process. Amount refunded may be prorated based on the reason for the refund and/or attendance.
All refunds are subject to the approval of the program coordinator.
Wish list option (online only): If you see a class you are interested in you can now add it to your
Wish list by clicking on the three dots located next to the right the activity section. While this does not save you a spot, it does allow for a quicker registration process as all the classes you selected are now in one place. Once you are ready to register, simply go to "My Account" select Wish list from the drop down arrow and follow the prompts and add to your cart.
Please register early. If a class doesn't have a sufficient number of participants 48-hours prior to the beginning of class, the class may be cancelled. All registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis until the classes begin, are filled or are cancelled.
Registration in the first session does not guarantee a place in continuing classes.
All fees are payable at the time of registration (unless noted otherwise)
Classes are structured for a designated age group. Participants registering in the programs must be the stated age by the begin date of the program. Any age override requires coordinator approval prior to registration and cannot be done online.
