2026 Music Series - Colorado Ballet

Join Thornton Arts & Culture for a new third-Friday music series, March–September, featuring live music, dance, and performance for all ages.

This Colorado Ballet performance offers audience members a lively introduction to the world of ballet through professionally performed excerpts from Coppélia, The Nutcracker, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Galatea (My Fair Lady). Suitable for all ages, and designed to spark curiosity and creativity, the program combines performance, storytelling, and interactive discussion to demonstrate how literature, music, and movement come together on stage. Audience members will gain insight into ballet technique and theatrical storytelling.
