Neighborhood Meeting - Parterre - PA-3A/3B Preliminary Plan

Hines has made an application to the City of Thornton for a Preliminary Plan allowing the development of approximately 695 multi-family and single-family attached residential units within Planning Area 3A/3B of the approved Parterre Planned Development. The Planning Area also includes ~10-acres for commercial and retail pad sites. The subject site is Tract L1 and M1 of the Parterre Subdivision Amendment 1, generally located on the southeast corner of Quebec Street and Ehler Parkway. 

Hines is sponsoring a second neighborhood meeting to present our proposal to the citizens and to gather input and answer questions regarding the proposal. The meeting will be held in person at Todd Creek Golf Club.

The meeting will have a virtual option. Below are the specific details to join the discussion via Zoom. 

If you have specific comments or questions, please email the applicant representative contact Kayleigh Gillespie (kgillespie@norris-design.com) or to Erinn Rogowski (erinn.rogowski@thorntonco.gov) prior to the meeting by 12:00 pm on September 29, 2026. These questions will be compiled and discussed after the presentation. Questions will also be taken live, or via the “comments” portal within the meeting.
