Meet the Trainers....

All of our personal trainers have a solid foundation in exercise science along with motivating personalities, making for a great combination for your personal fitness success!

Paul Riccardi:

Paul is an ACE-certified group fitness instructor and an ACE-certified personal trainer. Paul is also a SilverSneakers® fitness program instructor and is a Weight Watchers leader and ambassador. Specialization: Weight management, senior fitness and cardiorespiratory fitness.

Kim Street:

Kim is an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA)-certified trainer focusing on personal training, group fitness, and indoor cycling. Kim has been instructing at health facilities for over 27 years. Specialization: Nutrition counseling, youth fitness, body sculpting and aerobic training.

Diana Wiles:

Diana is an ACE-certified trainer, a Nautilus Equipment Trainer, and a Nautilus aerobics instructor with over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry.
She is a swim coach for the city of Thornton as well as a USA Triathlon Level 1 coach. Specialization: Sport-specific strength and conditioning, nutrition, and overall health and fitness.

Stacy Burke:

Stacy Burke is an ACE certified personal trainer, has a bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise and holds a coaching certification from the American Sports Education Program. Specialization: Cardio, sport specific and weightless workouts and youth fitness.

Sherry Roberts:

Sherry Roberts is a Personal Training garduate at National Personal Training Institute and enjoys running, hiking, biking and resistance training. Specialization: Weightloss, nutrition, running biking and working with seniors.

Nutrition Consultation

Laura Brieser-Smith:

Laura has been a Registered Dietitian (RD) for over 20 years. Laura received a BS in Dietetics from the University of Illinois, a Masters of Public Health (MPH) in Community Health Education from the University of Northern Colorado and an Associate of Science (AS) in Sports and Fitness Technology from Denver Technical College. She is the owner of Healthy Designs, LLC and is an adjunct faculty member of both Johnson & Wales University and Front Range Community College.


Schedule a one-on-one session with a registered dietician. Develop a healthy eating plan to stay fit, age well and prevent disease. Available by  appointment only.
