Residential Estate (RE) District

Purpose and Intent

The RE District is established to preserve semirural, very low-density residential neighborhoods. The RE District is intended to accommodate the amenities of a rural environment where large lots are desirable or necessary because of environmental conditions or existing development predating the city’s urban growth.
