All work completed in the City shall be performed in accordance with the most recent version of the Thornton Standards and Specifications for the design and construction of public and private improvements. Contractors must have a copy of the document on site with them at all times for reference.
Variances are approved at the discretion of the Development Engineering Manager. Evidence must be provided showing the alternate option is equal to, or better, than the Standard or Specification.
