Project Overview

The City of Thornton is developing a Station Area Master Plan (STAMP) for the future York at 144th  commuter rail station which is expected to be constructed by RTD as it completes building out the N Line.

This plan will guide how land around the future station grows and evolves over time. It will focus on creating a vibrant, walkable, and transit supportive area that connects people to jobs, housing, and amenities.
