The City Council of the City of Thornton will hold a public hearing concerning a Zoning Amendment and a Conceptual Site Plan for a proposed residential development on approximately 140 acres of land generally located southwest of E. 168th Avenue and Holly Street (Sack Farms).

This hearing will be held on May 26, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. To provide testimony during the public hearing, register in advance at

Grohmann-Lopez, 3145 W. 64th Avenue, Denver, CO 80221,  DBA El Coco Pirata - Thornton, 8595 Pearl Street, Unit A, Thornton CO 80229, have requested the Thornton Local Licensing Authority (LLA) to grant a Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License to sell Malt, Vinous, and Spirituous Liquor by the drink for consumption on the premises.
