NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLZ202002535 The City Council of the City of Thornton will hold a public hearing concerning a Zoning Amendment with an associated Overall Development Plan, Conceptual Site Plan, and Planned Development Standards for approximately 765 acres of land to allow for residential and non-residential development (Parterre). The subject property is generally located at the intersection of Quebec Street and E-470 and bordered by East 152nd Avenue on the north, Quebec Street and unincorporated Adams County on the east, East 144th Avenue and the City's future regional "Aylor Park" on the south, and Holly Street on the west. This hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. on February 9, 2021.
