The City Council of the City of Thornton will hold a public hearing concerning a Zoning Amendment with an associated Overall Development Plan, Conceptual Site Plan, and Planned Development Standards for approximately 765 acres of land to allow for residential and non-residential development (Parterre).

The subject property is generally located at the intersection of Quebec Street and E-470 and bordered by East 152nd Avenue on the north, Quebec Street and unincorporated Adams County on the east, East 144th Avenue and the City's future regional "Aylor Park" on the south, and Holly Street on the west.

The Development Permits and Appeals Board of the City of Thornton will conduct a public hearing concerning a Development Permit/Specific Use Permit for Woods A1 B1 L1A. The applicant is proposing the use of truck rentals, allowed with approval of a Specific Use Permit under the use of "truck, machinery, heavy equipment sales, service or repair", and an expansion of the existing truck wash.

The subject property is located generally southeast of West 104th Avenue and Zuni Street.
