An ordinance amending Sections 38-386, 38-421, 38-429, 38-391, and 38-523 of the Thornton City Code to include box trucks, limousines, and mobile food trucks as prohibited vehicles, repeal a related provision in the Model Traffic Code as superfluous, allow only unladen emergency tow trucks to be stored or parked on a residential property, clarify restrictions on stored motor vehicles in residential zoning districts, and revise the permitting process to park or store certain commercial, non-passenger vehicles in residential zoning districts.
