An ordinance approving the Annexation of approximately 35 acres of property situated in the northwest quarter of Section 19, Township 1 South, Range 67 West of the sixth Principal Meridian, County of Adams, State of Colorado, generally located at the northwest corner of East 140th Avenue and Dahlia Way and assigning the annexed property to Ward 3 (140th and Dahlia – North Hilltop Annexation).
