An ordinance approving the Annexation of approximately 4.8 acres of property situated in the northwest quarter of Section 5, Township 2 South, Range 67 West of the sixth Principal Meridian, County of Adams, State of Colorado, generally located south of East 120th Avenue and east of Holly Street at 5820 East 120th Avenue and assigning the annexed property to Ward 3 (Snydal Subdivision Blocks 1-3 Annexation).
