This volunteer public art subcommittee meeting will review design proposals from up to three artists.
Meeting begins promptly at 6:30PM. Subcommittee members are asked to be present for the entire meeting to ensure that everyone understands and is following the same standards. This helps keep things smooth for the meeting, and ensures that all the artist portfolios are being judged on the same criteria.
There will be light snacks and beverages available, but not a full dinner. If you have dietary restrictions, please feel free to bring your own snacks or dinner to munch on during the meeting!
This meeting is in-person, and includes viewing images and videos that are projected onto a screen, and listening to artists talk about their proposed designs. Artist presentations will be in English, and will be presented in real-time during the meeting.
