TASHCO Retreat

This is a special board meeting open to the public which will cover the following:

• Understand the history, strengths and challenges of TASHCO’s organizational structure
• Develop a shared understanding of how City staff and TASHCO work together and apart
• Draft a 2026 workplan or goals and how TASHCO and City staff can collaborate to achieve them
